1: Are you trade company or factory?
 We're factory, having more than 20 years export experience.

2: How about your quality control?

Production is carried out strictly by IS9001:2005. Goods are inspected by more than 6 inspectors. The quality can pass CE,CUPC,WATERMARK,SABER certificate.

3: We need the customized design, can you do that?

Sure. We have more than 5 technical designers for this area more than 20 years, we have our own mould design /process workshop. We can also give you a update design or market popular design.

4: How can I visit your factory?

From Guangzhou airport, takes about 1.2 hours reach our company. We can arrange car for pick up you, and hotel, the things you need here.

5: What is your seaport?

We can go Guangzhou /Shenzhen/Shunde port.

6: How about your production time?

We can finish about one month after confirm the order. For sample, we finish about one week.

7: I am a small wholesaler, do you accept small order?

Sure, it is a good experience that grow up together with our friends, We believe that big customers from small customers step by step.

8: What is your terms of payment? 

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery or LC at sight. 

9: How about your after-sales service?

We follow carefully of the goods you received, can do together how market going, and how goods can sold well based on our 15 years experience.

10: What accessories are available?

Drainer and pipe, faucets and shower, soap dispenser, rinser, wire basket, grid, roller, chopping board, clips etc.
